Black Nurses Association of Baltimore
Advancing Health Equity. Empowering Black Nurses.
BNA of Baltimore unites Black nursing professionals to strengthen our community, close health disparities, and lead change across Baltimore.
Our Mission
Rooted in Community. Driven by Purpose.
The Black Nurses Association of Baltimore was founded on the belief that Black nurses are not just healthcare providers — we are advocates, educators, and leaders who shape the health of our communities.
Through mentorship, advocacy, and direct community service, we work every day to ensure that Baltimore's Black residents receive the culturally competent, equitable care they deserve.
